The PHRCA has arranged for Palm Trees in park areas to be trimmed of the dead fronds where possible. Some of the palm trees are too high to reach without a cherry picker so some may be unable to be reached by the contractor. However, overall this should help to reduce the debris which is falling continuously at the moment due to the extreme weather conditions.
