Do you own a Vacant Block ?

Pacific Harbour is a premier award winning residential development with extensively landscaped streets, entry statements, parklands, pathways and canal waterways for the enjoyment of all residents.    The PHRCA strives to keep the Estate looking at its best.

Unfortunately, there are some vacant blocks that are becoming unkempt and this reflects on the whole area and becomes a frustration to the neighbouring property owners.  The responsibility for keeping vacant lots neat and tidy resides with the owner of the land.

Lot Owners are required to make arrangements to have their block regularly maintained as per Rule 41 of the Association.    This includes the mowing of the grass, maintenance of any fences, feature walls and/or gardens and trees within their boundary as well as the removal of all debris including palm fronds.
